Brittany earned her BA in Psychology and Master of Social Work from Tulane University. She is a registered, licensed dietitian, and wellness coach. Her nutrition focus is in wellness, weight loss, and disease prevention with a special interest in specific diets including: vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, anti-inflammatory and FODMAP friendly. Brittany loves to cook and has combined this hobby with her passion for health and longevity to help clients cultivate a diet that is focused on clean eating and real foods. I've been a chiropractor in Houston for over 25 years now and love what I do. It's so gratifying to help folks get back to living a life they love by figuring out what's causing their pain and getting rid of it as fast as possible.

My typical client has long term chronic conditions of pain, emotional trauma like anxiety, depression, burn-out, and digestive conditions combined with other conditions. Common issues include allergies, cold and flu symptoms, asthma, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, hormonal imbalances, and fatigue.
