Our relationships with food are often complex and dynamic. We provide telehealth support to those seeking an individualized outpatient treatment program for eating disorders including ARFID, Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge-eating, and others. While helping clients achieve complete peace with food, we also guide and motivate them towards optimal health and wellness through mindfulness based practice, compassion, and support. I specialize in fertility / infertility acupuncture, pain management acupuncture and stress disorders, but my practice is multi-fold and I work with far more than just that. She is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine, and board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in both acupuncture and Chinese herbology. She has a Master of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science located in San Diego.

Ashley Vazquez is a non-diet certified eating disorder registered dietitian and IAEDP approved supervisor working to help individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, negative body image, and chronic dieting, improve their relationship with food since 2012. Ashley's goal in working with clients is to help them find freedom from food and achieve optimal health. Ashley has experience working with individuals in a variety of care settings (inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient) and truly believes the importance of strong team approach.

We are overloaded with information about food and exercise, but often struggle to find the wisdom needed to nurture these relationships.
