Hi, my name is Rachel Dyal (she/her). I enjoy working with all clients as they navigate an eating disorder or disordered eating. Due to the four years I spent as an US Army Dietitian, I have experience supporting Service Members and Veterans as they navigate the immediate and long-term impact of the intense pressure and scrutiny military environments place on eating, movement, and physical appearance. I also support Service Members' loved ones as their eating and body image is often influenced by the military eating environment.

I'm Lisa (she/her), a Registered Dietitian, with a private practice located in Tacoma, Washington. My goal, desire and commitment to my clients is to help and empower them to make peace with food and their bodies, with a specialty in nutritional counseling for those who struggle with eating disorders, disordered eating, feeding issues and poor body image. I am an "anti-diet" dietitian and practice through a Health at Every Size (HAES) and weight-inclusive care lens, incorporating intuitive and mindful eating principles and practices.

I'm a non-diet and weight-neutral registered dietitian. I'm also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I've been honored to serve adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders in a variety of treatment settings. My ultimate goal for individuals is to make peace with food and their bodies.

I love working with clients who are looking ditch diet culture, to redefine what "health" means to them, and to improve their relationship to food and body. But sometimes, the journey toward body acceptance and intuitive eating is complicated. Complex medical issues like autoimmune conditions, food allergies/intolerances, and disordered eating patterns can disrupt the relationship we have to our bodies. Most of my clients are sitting at this intersection, ready to explore a new framework and rebuild trust in their bodies.

We will customize and integrate the massage session with myofacial release, deep tissue, swedish and stretch therapy massage. You may also request to add Cupping, Hot Stones, Percussion Massage Gun with Theragun or CBD oil to your session. Massage sessions are therapeutic, healing and relaxing. All massage sessions are the full time you are scheduled for.

We all have different experiences that shape who we are. I collaborate with my clients using a non diet, Healthy at Every Size (HAES) approach to help them find peace and contentment in their relationship with food, their bodies and their lives. I work with both adolescents and adults. I offer tele-health and see clients in person in Tacoma and North Seattle. She strongly believes that all foods fit and strives to help clients in their food freedom journey. Using a weight neutral and non-judgemental approach, Emily believes that health is multifactorial and will work to see you as a person, rather than a diagnosis. Emily has spent the majority of her career in higher levels of care for eating disorder treatment (RES, PHP, IOP) treating various eating disorders diagnoses.

Dr. John has been in practice for 25 years, having earned his doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in 1998. After working for two years with a Medical Doctor, he opened The Natural Health Medical Clinic in 2000 on Beacon Hill, just South of Downtown Seattle. He specializes in treating pain and injuries, as well as treating a wide range of health conditions such as diabetes, chronic fatigue, poor immune function and hypthyroidism. Areas of special study include hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) which stimulates stem cell production, ozone therapy, homeopathy, herbal medicine, neural therapy, prolozone, PRP.

My name is Megan Charles and I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I have a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences and psychology. After college, I went to work for a nutrition tech company to help create an app that could personalize nutrition for any user but felt the drive to make more of an impact. I worked for them for 3 years and then I opened my nutrition counseling business, Nutritionally Sound, to reach people on a more personal level and help them on their nutrition journey.
