Hi! I’m Dr. Bethany and I am so honored to share my passion for naturopathic medicine with you. I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) trained as a primary care physician and have completed additional training focused in reproductive health, fertility awareness method, and pelvic floor therapy. Some of my favorite areas of health to support include: Preconception/postpartum care, menstrual disorders including PCOS, PMS, PMDD, endocrine imbalances including Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I practice with an emphasis on body literacy and cycle tracking for adolescents through adulthood.

With over a decade of experience in the world of movement and mindfulness, Kate focuses on getting people out of pain and living in a more embodied relationship with their present life. She has spent time in the research of chronic pain and its neurological impact on our autonomic nervous system, informing her holistic approach to orthopedic treatment. Most recently, she has studied in the Sports Medicine Acupuncture Certification program, the most comprehensive orthopedic post-graduate program available to acupuncturists. I practice an intuitive art form rooted in scientific knowledge. Traditional medicine does not specialize in treating the myofascial restrictions that may be involved in chronic pain conditions or structural dysfunction. The tried and true techniques of deep tissue massage and myofascial release aim to restore the normal functioning of fascia by breaking up the glue that binds these adhesions. I do this by applying slow, sustained pressure, gradually working up to the threshold of what you can tolerate.

Dr. Valentina Benitez, ND, provides an individualized and holistic approach to family medicine, pediatrics, sports medicine, prenatal and postpartum care. She is also trained in holistic pelvic floor and shiatsu massage. Dr. Benitez provides education and insight at every visit. She believes that health and harmony are always possible, and she is here to help you get there. Dr. Benitez is especially interested in treating children (newborn and up) and families.

A native of China, Dr. Lu is widely recognized as an exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced senior practitioner in the arts of acupuncture, herbal medicine and Chinese tuina massage for two decades. Formally educated and trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine, both in China and the U.S., and with 20 years of teaching, research, and clinical experience in those two countries, Dr. Lu has helped thousands of patients to achieve their goals of living healthy and happier lives.

My goal is to truly understand a person's health goals whether physical, mental, emotional, spiritual - or a combination thereof. Many of the patients I work with may be dealing with: fatigue, stress, pain, gastrointestinal issues, skin conditions, anxiety, depression, and many other conditions that perhaps haven't been adequately addressed by previous providers. I strive to understand the whole-person imbalances that may be contributing to the development of symptoms.

Dr Howell will utilize chiropractic manipulative therapy, electrical therapeutic modalities, soft tissue massage, stretching, and strengthening exercises to treat his patients. Focus is first on relieving any pain that is present, then rehabilitating the injured area to prevent any long term or recurrent problems.
