I decided to become a Registered Dietitian while I was mid-treatment for my eating disorder nearly two decades ago. It took a handful of years to make sure I had a solid footing in my recovery before deciding to go back to school to become an Eating Disorder Dietitian.

As an Integrative and Functional Dietitian and Diabetes Educator, I can use nutrition science with labs, genetics, and your observations to help you not only get well but feel better for life! I work with clients to create a PLANT-BASED vegan or vegetarian personalized nutrition plan that may include recommendations, sample menus, nutrient analysis and recipe ideas. I have over 20 years' experience as a Vegan Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) providing counseling and personalized nutrition plans as well as developing sustainable food and nutrition education programs for schools and community partners.

I practice Traditional Chinese Medicine treating a wide spectrum of complaints from acute injuries to chronic diseases. As a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, I treat the individual and not just the symptoms.
