I am a Sports Dietitian and Eating Disorder Dietitian. I find joy in helping athletes to fuel their bodies for performance as opposed to a body size. I specialize in assessing and addressing symptoms of RED-S and Low Energy Availability. I work with athletes with nutrition for post-injury recovery. I work with clients to discover the skills necessary to navigate the world of diet culture through a non-diet approach. I currently have a New Hampshire license in Acupuncture. I began my career in China where I underwent formal Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine training and worked at Chongqing TCM Orthopedics Hospital for 10 years as OMD (Oriental Medical Doctor) and Acupuncturist. After I came to the US, I took the exam for the Acupuncture Board diploma and have served in New Hampshire as an acupuncturist since 2003.
