I love working with individuals who have been negatively affected by the messages of diet culture in such a way that they have lost touch with their relationship with food, exercise and their bodies.

I work with clients to find peace with their relationship to food and body. I focus on eating disorders, disordered eating, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), GI issues (Crohn's disease, IBS) and other health concerns. I work in a weight-inclusive lens, which can mean we don't focus on the scale in order to improve your conditions. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds, and especially enjoy working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC, and those with multiracial identities. I believe everybody deserves inclusive care that centers their lived experiences.

As an Integrative and Functional Dietitian and Diabetes Educator, I can use nutrition science with labs, genetics, and your observations to help you not only get well but feel better for life! Common issues I help people with include digestive problems, PCOS, testosterone support, DIABETES, high blood pressure, anxiety/depression, hypothyroidism, sensitivity-related illness, and weight management. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) providing nutrition counseling to adults and teens via telehealth. I offer support for general nutrition and health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, diabetes, PCOS, thyroid conditions, in addition to nutrition for mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, ADHD as well as those struggling with chronic dieting, poor body image, and disordered eating.

I am an evidence based Chiropractor with a focus on sports injuries and performance. I regularly treat sprains/strains, muscle and joint pain, back and neck pain. Dr. Rocafort, a native of Puerto Rico, has come to Denver, CO from Sioux City, IA. Prior to clinical practice, he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN. Adding to his scope of practice, Dr. Rocafort completed the Clinical Acupuncture certification. He is certified as a National Chiropractic Sport Practitioner (CCSP), International Chiropractor Sport Practitioner, Chiropractic Biophysics, Graston Technique, Active Release Technique (Full Body, Nerve Entrapment and Masters), Reiki I & II, Reiki Master. He is also a Sport Nutrition and Performance Certification.

I practice Traditional Chinese Medicine treating a wide spectrum of complaints from acute injuries to chronic diseases. As a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, I treat the individual and not just the symptoms. My treatment modalities include acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, Chinese herbal prescriptions, cupping, gua sha, auricular (ear) acupuncture, Chinese medical massage, and dietary and lifestyle education/changes. I encourage my patients to be as involved in their treatment and health as I am. I like to educate and communicate and love when my patients ask me questions about how to become healthier!

Randi Andres is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, PCOS, and Digestive Issues. Her passion is to help clients cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Through a non-diet, weight inclusive philosophy, Randi enjoys providing the tools and support to clients so that they can learn to nourish their bodies in a safe, non-judgmental, and enjoyable way.
