Hi there! My name is Lesley Varone and I am glad you are here. I live by the belief that there is no such thing as a “good” or “bad” food, they are simply different. My goal is to empower clients to live well by cultivating a positive and nourishing connection with food, fostering body acceptance, challenging diet culture norms, and understanding the broader societal influences on food and body image.

With experience working in clinical dietetics, nutrition education, and eating disorder treatment, I've seen just how important a good nutritional foundation is for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I see clients via Telehealth in my virtual practice to help with various concerns such as eating disorders and disordered eating, stress management, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, family nutrition (from introducing solids to picky eaters to growth and development), intuitive eating, health concerns (stress, cardiac issues, blood sugar management, etc.), or just a desire to improve overall health and well-being.

Ashley's goal in working with clients is to help them find freedom from food and achieve optimal health. Ashley has experience working with individuals in a variety of care settings (inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient) and truly believes the importance of strong team approach.

Amber is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master's in Public Health. She discovered her passion when she became a mother and started merging her background in nutrition with early childhood development and mindful eating practices. She began teaching a course in Family Food & Nutrition in 2008 and has been teaching college courses while juggling motherhood ever since. Her integrative approach to health and wellness in combination with her background in nutrition and experience as a mother make her a wonderful resource. She enjoys interacting with clients to consider how best to help them reach their unique goals.

I believe in using food not just to fuel, but to heal. Building a strong nutritional foundation is the first step of preventing or managing chronic disease, behavior health, pain management, and inflammation. I work with clients that have diabetes, high blood pressure/cholesterol, and GI disorders. I also work with clients with eating disorders that require outpatient or intensive outpatient (IOP) level of care.
