I was born and raised in Chicago, attended the University of Dayton for undergrad (Go Flyers!) and received my master's degree at Central Michigan University. I currently work at the University of Chicago as the liver transplant dietitian, specializing in all types of liver disease. I also own my own consulting business which has allowed me to broaden my expertise to serve an even wider variety of patient populations. When I am not working, I am spending time with my family- my husband, Kevin, and my two young (crazy) boys, Marty and Charlie, and have one more on the way!

Melanie Lewis is an experienced registered dietitian living in Chicago. Her curiosity for food and nutrition began at a young age harvesting and preparing the fresh fruits and vegetables grown right in her own backyard. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Penn State University. After graduation, she traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana to complete over 1000 hours of supervised practice at Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Her experience has allowed her to provide evidence-based nutrition education to diverse populations with a variety of nutritional needs.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft helping clients whom have PCOS, interests in Pre/PostPartum nutrition, Gestational Diabetes, Diabetes, or Weight Management. I help clients to craft personalized, attainable, and sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes that support their health. Asante is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian. She completed her clinical internship and masters degree at Rush University Medical Center after graduating from Case Western Reserve University. Asante is an expert in counseling and educating patients who need medical nutrition therapy in either an inpatient or outpatient setting. In sessions with Asante she will empower her patients and instill confidence in his or herself to achieve desired goals.

She completed her clinical internship at St. John's Hospital after graduating from Illinois State University. Jennifer is an expert in inpatient, outpatient and community medical nutrition therapy and diabetes education. Jennifer will help you identify simple ways to make significant changes to meet your healthcare goals. Jennifer has successfully assisted many thousands of individuals throughout her career. Her philosophy is to partner with individuals wherever they are on their healthcare journey.

At Integrative Therapeutic Massage, we help people with muscular pain problems feel better. Whether helping Chicago area athletes maintain their peak performance with sports massage or aiding clients in the rehabilitation of an injury or chronic pain condition, we have the experience and the expertise to assess and treat your pain symptoms and, in many cases, correct those factors contributing to the problem. Clients include athletes, musicians, workers with repetitive strain injuries, whiplash sufferers, those with neck and back pain, among many others.

Alaa Elhannouny, a Registered Dietitian (RD) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, completed her supervised practice in the Master's Coordinated Nutrition program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her motivation as an RD is driven by her goal to prevent and combat the chronic conditions that affect many individuals today. Recognizing that nutrition is a key lifestyle risk factor for chronic diseases, she strives to empower clients to make informed decisions for optimal nutrition, helping them feel their best.

I use a nonjudgmental, weight-neutral and gender inclusive approach, to help all people realize that food can and does mean so much more than just the nutrients on the plate, and empower them that having a normalized relationship with food is possible. I believe in utilizing an all foods fit mentality to neutralize from the notion of “good” or “bad” foods. I specialize in working with adults, but can provide referrals to other providers who work with children or adolescents, upon request.

Haley is a Registered Dietitian practicing lifestyle medicine. This whole-person approach to wellness recognizes that our physical health is very much connected to our mental/emotional health. Haley received her education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed her dietetic internship in Chicago through Aramark Healthcare+. Haley is also a Registered 500-hour Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master. She integrates various complementary and alternative medicine techniques into her nutrition sessions. When Haley is not working you can find her at the climbing gym, practicing yoga, or exploring the outdoors!

Brooklyn is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who earned both her Bachelor of Science in Community-Medical Dietetics and Master of Science in Nutrition Science degrees from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. She also completed her 1,200+ hour dietetic internship that focused on both community and clinical dietetics. During nutrition counseling sessions with Brooklyn, you can expect to feel fully heard and motivated to reach your unique nutritional goals.
