I have been practicing and teaching acupuncture and oriental medicine for 30 years. I earned both an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in China. In the U.S., I started applying my trade at the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2010 and earned my acupuncture license in Texas in 2012.One of the projects in which I participated, the use of acupuncture to prevent dementia, received national and governmental awards. I have also published over 20 research papers on acupuncture and oriental medicine.

Growing up the daughter of athletic parents, I became interested in sports, wellness and nutrition at a young age. As a competitive gymnast and diver in college, I found it fascinating that what you ate could effect your sports performance. This lead me down the path to becoming a registered dietitian. I am passionate about helping people of all kinds meet their goals through nutrition and wellness and live a healthier life. Sports Rub Massage Recovery is an evidence-based Massage Therapy practice providing pain management solutions due to soft tissue injuries. Our Licensed Massage Therapists develop treatment plans to assist in the recovery of a sports injury, post-operative surgical rehabilitation, cancer and stroke recovery care or other wellness needs.
