I am a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian providing both virtual and in-person nutrition counseling in Colorado. I have dedicated my career to helping people improve their relationship with food and move away from life-sucking patterns of behavior. With over 10 years of experience at all levels of care and acuity, I am confident in my ability to support people in finding their way back to trusting food and their body.

I specialize in eating disorder and disordered eating recovery. I also work with athletes and active individuals looking to improve nutrition for their performance. I love working with individuals who have been negatively affected by the messages of diet culture in such a way that they have lost touch with their relationship with food, exercise and their bodies.

Dr. Rocafort, a native of Puerto Rico, has come to Denver, CO from Sioux City, IA. Prior to clinical practice, he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN. Adding to his scope of practice, Dr. Rocafort completed the Clinical Acupuncture certification. He is certified as a National Chiropractic Sport Practitioner (CCSP), International Chiropractor Sport Practitioner, Chiropractic Biophysics, Graston Technique, Active Release Technique (Full Body, Nerve Entrapment and Masters), Reiki I & II, Reiki Master.
