I am a heath at every size (HAES) informed dietitian who specializes in eating disorder treatment. I work with adults and adolescents who are looking to heal their relationship with food and body.

Since 2008, I have been providing individual and group nutrition counseling to adolescents and adults who struggle with eating disorders. My goal is to challenge your eating disordered thinking so that you can find food freedom and live a healthier and happier life.

I am grateful to be able to find the CAUSE of the problem and help correct it instead of using drugs and surgery to cover up the symptoms.

As a registered dietitian and psychotherapist, I specialize in research based weight management, chronic disease prevention and health promotion using a Health at Every Size and non-diet approach. I have worked in inpatient, partial hospitalization and IOP settings treating those with eating disorders over 7 years and in private practice for over 5 years.

Nicole is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her dietetic internship through the coordinated graduate program at Northern Illinois University after attending the University of Minnesota for her undergraduate degree in nutrition. After sessions with Nicole, you can expect to feel empowered to make food choices that make you feel your best. You will gain a better understanding about how food and nutrition work in the body. Nicole excels at assisting clients with goal setting and providing clients with tools to achieve their goals.

Wade Rex D.O.M.(FL) is a board certified licensed Acupuncturist. He graduated with honors "Cum Laude" at Midwest College of Oriental Medicine and also received a 2nd degree bachelor science in nutrition. A part of his internship was at University Hospital in GuangZhou, China.

Catherine obtained a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Science and has over 17 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. Catherine has experience developing nutrition programs for a health and well-being company and a rehabilitation center. Stacey Simon is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with a passion for serving the adult and older adult population. She has worked with thousands of clients with a variety of nutrition concerns, including unintentional weight loss, high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, heart health, healthy aging, and general wellbeing. She has a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nutritional Science from the University of Connecticut. She is board certified as a Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition (CSG), which makes her an expert in Older Adult nutrition.

Nazia received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. She then went onto complete her Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness (MSNW) and Masters of Public Health (MPH) alongside her Dietetic Internship at Benedictine University. She then worked for Kaplan University for their Nutrition Department as an adjunct instructor. She has also worked as a clinical dietitian for Good Samaritan Hospital. While at Kaplan Nazia completed her Master of Science in Education in Instructional technology (MS Ed.). Nazia is currently working on her PhD in Health Sciences.

Lane is a Certified Registered Dietitian. He completed his dietetic internship at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating with a degree in Dietetics from Indiana University. Lane loves creating a safe space for his clients to share and does his best to provide evidence based medical nutrition therapy. He is also a NASM- Certified Personal Trainer, which allows him to combine his passion for nutrition and fitness. In his free time, he enjoys spending time getting creative. Whether it be through photography, drawing, making new recipes, or creating new workouts.

Agnes is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 10 years of experience. She received dual bachelor’s degrees in nutrition and psychology at University of Illinois at Chicago and received master’s degree in nutrition at University of Wisconsin. She is a certified specialist in pediatric critical care nutrition and currently working towards certified practitioner in integrative and functional nutrition. Agnes became a dietitian to help people improve their health and relationship with food. She will meet you wherever you are in your journey. She believes that all foods have a place in a well-balanced diet.

Felicity is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian who is licensed in the state of Illinois. She completed multiple dietetic internships before graduating with her master’s in nutrition from University of Illinois at Chicago. As a former Division I athlete, she has valuable experience in sports nutrition. She is passionate about nutrition education and became an RD to help people create the best version of themselves.

Hi there! I am a non-diet Registered Dietitian and Intuitive Eating Coach dedicated to help you heal your relationship with food and your body. I use a weight-inclusive approach to empower clients to ditch diet culture, cultivate self-compassion, and work towards freedom of chronic dieting and disordered eating. I also use this approach to help provide an alternative way to manage chronic health conditions.

Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her education at Mount Mary University and her clinical internship at Roger’s Behavioral Health, both in Wisconsin. Within her first year of being an RDN, Emily presented to over 100 RDNs in her state on the importance of weight inclusive care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading as many books as possible, and being a cat mom to her big cat (Blue) and little cat (Lilly).
