I specialize in adolescent and young adult clients with eating disorders or disordered eating behaviors (picky/selective). I use a non-diet, HAES, intuitive eating approach rooted in nutrition education and scientific evidence. I always put the client first and prioritize personal empowerment and encouragement. I work to know each client individually and provide nutritional recommendations based on that individuality. None of us live identical lives, adapting nutritional goals and outcomes to each individual is key to sustainable change and success. I love my work and love supporting people to reconnect to their body and to food.

I am a down-to-earth (but still-above-the-ground) acupuncturist with a good sense of humor, hair color that's always changing, and a deep interest in my patients' lives. Emmilia’s passion for integrative medicine and whole foods nutrition has evolved throughout her life and career. I have a growing practice of all ages. I enjoy working with people to unravel the symptoms they are experiencing. I've found that often the symptoms we are experiencing aren't always directly related to the area in the body with the dysfunction. Sometimes we have to treat several different parts of the body in order to treat our symptoms in other areas. The modalities I use not only work to treat the cause of the problem, but they also help the body to heal itself, which are two of the foundational principles of naturopathic medicine.
