I have been a dietitian for over 21 years and worked with people who have Chronic Kidney Disease and Nephrolithiasis (kidney stones) for the past 19 years. Michael Church DC, CCSP Dr. Church is the clinical director of the Puyallup Regenerative Medicine Spine and Injury Center. He has extensive experience in caring for spinal related issues. These range from trauma related cases as a result of accidents and sports injuries to scoliosis. This accompanied with his comprehensive post-doctoral education allows Dr. Church to treat both the simple and complicated cases. I'm Linden Hale (she/her/hers), and I am a weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian. I specialize in eating disorders/disordered eating, menstrual health, digestive health, and relationships to food and body. I love working with patients of all genders, neurotypes, and identities who are ready to explore their relationship to food with curiosity and compassion with an affirming care team. I know that the best expert on your life and experience is you, so I take a collaborative, client-led approach to my work. My counseling style includes humor, sarcasm, compassionate honesty, and appearances by my two Corgi dogs (Barley and Pepper).

I love working with clients who are looking ditch diet culture, to redefine what "health" means to them, and to improve their relationship to food and body. We will customize and integrate the massage session with myofacial release, deep tissue, swedish and stretch therapy massage. You may also request to add Cupping, Hot Stones, Percussion Massage Gun with Theragun or CBD oil to your session. Massage sessions are therapeutic, healing and relaxing. All massage sessions are the full time you are scheduled for.
