Welcome to Nutrition Counseling of New England! Where I have the honor of working with individual clients, families, and worksites. I help individuals who are looking to quit dieting for good and instead heal their relationship with food. My clients learn how to healthfully prepare their favorite foods and enjoy them fully! I am a New Hampshire licensed acupuncturist, board-certified Chinese herbalist and owner of Nashua Acupuncture Center (formerly Acupoint of New Hampshire and Nashua Acupuncture). I have a background in psychology and social work specializing in crisis management. My goal has always been to support patients with compassionate and individualized care, to listen fully without judgement. My approach to medicine continues to evolve with training in therapies for chronic disease with a special focus on tick borne disease as well as expanding into energy medicine healing modalities. Specializing in Lyme disease and tick borne infection has only strengthened my proficiency in many other specialties
