We take a non-diet, weight-inclusive, Health At Every Size approach to our belief that all bodies are good bodies. We work with our clients' unique personal experiences to help them improve their health and make peace with food.

Welcome to Nutrition Counseling of New England! Where I have the honor of working with individual clients, families, and worksites. I help individuals who are looking to quit dieting for good and instead heal their relationship with food. My clients learn how to healthfully prepare their favorite foods and enjoy them fully! I became a dietitian in 2013 because of a strong interest and passion for food. That passion for food started in my teens and ultimately fueled my decision to go to culinary school. I am a Sports Dietitian and Eating Disorder Dietitian. I find joy in helping athletes to fuel their bodies for performance as opposed to a body size. I specialize in assessing and addressing symptoms of RED-S and Low Energy Availability. I work with athletes with nutrition for post-injury recovery. I work with clients to discover the skills necessary to navigate the world of diet culture through a non-diet approach. I aim to provide a supportive and listening environment for those with eating disorders/disordered eating in finding nourishment, joy, and peace with food through the Health at Every Size philosophy.

Nutrition noise is loud. We are constantly inundated with messages around what to eat and how to move. I believe our bodies are wise and know a lot better than those external messages. I see clients with disordered eating and eating disorders who wish to develop a more attuned, kind relationship to their bodies through food and movement.

I currently have a New Hampshire license in Acupuncture. I began my career in China where I underwent formal Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine training and worked at Chongqing TCM Orthopedics Hospital for 10 years as OMD (Oriental Medical Doctor) and Acupuncturist. After I came to the US, I took the exam for the Acupuncture Board diploma and have served in New Hampshire as an acupuncturist since 2003.

I have been a licensed dietitian for over a year now and have worked in clinical and wellness settings.
