I've been a chiropractor in Houston for over 25 years now and love what I do. It's so gratifying to help folks get back to living a life they love by figuring out what's causing their pain and getting rid of it as fast as possible.

I have been practicing and teaching acupuncture and oriental medicine for 30 years. I earned both an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in China. In the U.S., I started applying my trade at the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2010 and earned my acupuncture license in Texas in 2012.One of the projects in which I participated, the use of acupuncture to prevent dementia, received national and governmental awards. I have also published over 20 research papers on acupuncture and oriental medicine.

My Goal is to provide the most updated nutrition medical information to address the whole individual. Liliana Aguilar is a bilingual licensed and registered dietitian in private practice who lectures and develops nutrition education seminars, provides medical nutrition therapy to patients, as well as referred individuals. Gives lectures to corporations, colleges and support groups. Has served as a Dietitian on Staff for The YMCA, out patient dietitian for The Houston Area Community Services for 5+ years, Spring Branch Community Services and eight years as adjunct faculty in the science department at Houston Community College.

Helping my clients achieve their desired results is the reason why I pursued a career in nutrition. Her nutrition focus is in wellness, weight loss, and disease prevention with a special interest in specific diets including: vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, anti-inflammatory and FODMAP friendly. Brittany loves to cook and has combined this hobby with her passion for health and longevity to help clients cultivate a diet that is focused on clean eating and real foods. Working with Brittany, clients will learn to develop sustainable, healthy habits that will become a lifestyle, lasting them beyond their immediate goals.

Kristin is a registered dietitian with years of experience working in healthcare, corporate wellness, and the sports & fitness industry. She's coached countless individuals to reach their nutrition and health goals by creating a personalized experience for each client. Kristin has worked tirelessly to help her clients achieve results in weight loss, sports nutrition, disease prevention, heart & gut health, plant based nutrition, and behavior & lifestyle modification and psychology. Kristin works with clients in a variety of settings including in person, skype, home visits, or via phone.

I'm a plant-based dietitian and nutritionist, focusing on vegan and vegetarian diets. I have been plant-based and gluten free for over a decade. Henry and Sharon (Yingping) have over 30 years' clinical experience in China and USA. Both of us graduated from medical colleges in China. Our traditional Chinese culture and philosophy background, alone with professional training in both Chinese medicine (acupuncture) and Western medicine, provide us with unique insights when access our patients. Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans.
