I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. My goal is to help clients make peace with food. I have received specialized training in eating disorders, intuitive eating, women's health, pediatrics, and diabetes. Sports Rub Massage Recovery is an evidence-based Massage Therapy practice providing pain management solutions due to soft tissue injuries. Our Licensed Massage Therapists develop treatment plans to assist in the recovery of a sports injury, post-operative surgical rehabilitation, cancer and stroke recovery care or other wellness needs. We use a variety of massage therapy techniques and soft tissue mobilization tools to assist the client in obtaining a desired recovery result.

Xiaona Yang, M.D (China), Dipl.OM, has over 20 years clinical dermatology & pain management experience in acupuncture , Chinese herbs and western medicine in China . graduated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM ) from a 5-year medical program at HeBei college of TCM . after graduation she continued 3 - year medical program in dermatology at HuBei university of TCM where she get M.D. in dermatology of Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine . Dermatology has a unique character that doctors usually just use their eyes to get diagnosis, Dr. Yang has accumulated much clinic experience during practicing in China .
