Hi! I’m Dr. Bethany and I am so honored to share my passion for naturopathic medicine with you. I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) trained as a primary care physician and have completed additional training focused in reproductive health, fertility awareness method, and pelvic floor therapy. Some of my favorite areas of health to support include: Preconception/postpartum care, menstrual disorders including PCOS, PMS, PMDD, endocrine imbalances including Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I practice with an emphasis on body literacy and cycle tracking for adolescents through adulthood.

As a board cerfified, licensed primary care naturopathic physician, Chinese medicine practitioner and acupuncturist. I am committed to helping my patients by finding root causes and overcoming obstacles to achieve the essential equilibrium,with integrative medicine, honoring the healing power of Mother Nature and love. My specialized practice focuses on healing from chronic diseases, including all kinds of injury and pain, chronic fatigue, insomnia, cardiovascular diseases, stroke, liver & kidney diseases, auto-immune diseases, mental health, gastrointestinal problems, endocrine disorders, addiction, weight problems, women's health,and cancer.etc.

With 26 years experience, I have a skilled, intuitive sense of touch. My specialties include trigger point massage (NMT), craniosacral therapy, and Bowen Therapy. Most of my clients see me for regular stress management or postural and overuse issues resulting in muscle pain. With respect to pressure I will listen to your tissues and assess what is needed. I accept motor vehicle accident cases and can bill for this directly. I am also a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach and offer health and wellness coaching sessions.

My greatest joy comes from empowering individuals and families to live vibrant, healthy lives. While honoring your unique preferences and wisdom, I inspire people of all ages to live fully, peacefully, and with awareness. Partnering with nature, I use natural remedies, acupuncture, craniosacral, diet, lifestyle, and homeopathy to promote optimal health; while also tending the mental/emotional connections to your health. Patients come to me who want to explore the ways in which their body is communicating to them so that we can find ways to restore health and freedom.

My clients want to focus on their nutrition concerns (disordered eating, digestive health, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, autoimmune, fertility, and more) with a dietitian who values quality of life and a healthy relationship to food and body, rather than calorie counting and weight loss. You have a clear motivation for change, and are willing to be creative and open minded in your approach to managing your nutrition. I value open communication and transparency with my clients and want to support those who show up to do the work. I will gently guide and encourage you along the way, with compassion and patience.

I practiced in Los Angeles, Santa Monica & Beverly Hills for 15 yrs before moving to Portland in 2016. Over 23 yrs of practice has taught me how to treat many different, complex health issues and stress & pain management. I specialized in Infertility and Women's Health for many years & still provide on-site acupuncture for IVF patients the day of their embryo transfer. Hello! I’m Dr. Emma Kingsberg. I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) with a master’s of science in nutrition (MSN) and a certification in pelvic floor therapy. I specialize in women’s health with an emphasis on sexual reproductive medicine, fertility and preconception care. I'm passionate about autonomy and love helping women with natural birth control methods such as fertility awareness. I use the menstrual cycle as a diagnostic tool to learn more about the body and ways to optimize it so you can feel your best. I frequently treat women with PCOS, PMS, endometriosis, hypothalamic amenorrhea, hypothyroid, and sub-fertility.

Dr. Valentina Benitez, ND, provides an individualized and holistic approach to family medicine, pediatrics, sports medicine, prenatal and postpartum care. She is also trained in holistic pelvic floor and shiatsu massage. Dr. Benitez provides education and insight at every visit. She believes that health and harmony are always possible, and she is here to help you get there. Dr. Benitez is especially interested in treating children (newborn and up) and families.

I offer Japanese Bodywork. It is a unique blend of massage, acupuncture, and stretching instructions that you can easily follow at home. It is an all encompassing modality that enables you to improve your health mechanically and energetically.
