Lotus Huang L.Ac MSTOM is on a mission to inspire hope and healing. Lotus is both a visionary and missionary, born to be a healer and inspired by traditional and natural medicine. My immediate concern is your discomfort. Your pain is addressed from the first visit; I use hands-on technques to reduce muscle spasms, joint tension, and disc pressure on the nerves: i.e. a tension headache can be reduced in seconds. I also prescribe foot orthotics for knee, hip, and back pain. Spinal assymetry is a cause of chronic back pain. Adults will find their sport and on-the-job injuries resove quickly; everyone wants to return to their faivorite activities as soon as possible. I like helping active people to stay active.

Rebecca is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping others develop a deeper, realistic understanding of nutrition concepts. Rebecca’s counseling style is compassionate and exploratory. She feels strongly there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition, and finds most success through a collaborative approach. Rebecca practices from a weight-neutral and functional lens, always searching for the root causes of her patient’s symptoms.

I have been a NYS licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbologist for 15 years. A native of Thailand, I have my masters degree in Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and have studied at the China Beijing International Acupuncture Training Centre in Beijing, China. I received a certification from the Wat Po Traditional Medical School (Bangkok) and have been profiled for my healing practice in Conde Nast Traveler and Self Magazine. I am also a certified Yoga Siromani and studied at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India with the late Mr. Iyengar.

Marissa Meshulam is a registered dietitian nutritionist and the founder of MPM Nutrition. Marissa encourages a mindful approach to food. She helps people unlearn food rules engrained from years of dieting and instead relearn how to listen to their bodies. Marissa views her goal as to simplify nutrition. She helps clients finds confidence around food and their bodies for the long term. She specializes in food preoccupation, disordered eating, GI issues, chronic fatigue, weight management, body image issues, women's nutrition and overall wellness.
