Hi! My name is Logan Smith. I'm a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, GI disorders and overall wellness. I work specifically with clients who want to achieve food freedom, work on their relationship with food to improve their health, achieve wellness and ditch the diet mentality for good. With my nutrition counseling approach, I will help you ditch dieting for good AND help you improve your overall wellness. Constantly worrying about what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat isn’t how it’s meant to be.

Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her education at Mount Mary University and her clinical internship at Roger’s Behavioral Health, both in Wisconsin. Within her first year of being an RDN, Emily presented to over 100 RDNs in her state on the importance of weight inclusive care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading as many books as possible, and being a cat mom to her big cat (Blue) and little cat (Lilly).

Haley is a Registered Dietitian practicing lifestyle medicine. This whole-person approach to wellness recognizes that our physical health is very much connected to our mental/emotional health. Haley received her education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed her dietetic internship in Chicago through Aramark Healthcare+. Haley is also a Registered 500-hour Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master. She integrates various complementary and alternative medicine techniques into her nutrition sessions. When Haley is not working you can find her at the climbing gym, practicing yoga, or exploring the outdoors!

In her 13 years of working for the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Cubs, Founder Jenny Westerkamp combined her expertise in nutrition with the power of behavior change coaching to help her professional athlete clients take their health and performance to the next level. As a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years, I am committed to providing excellent nutrition therapy services with compassion and inclusivity. Ashley Walls specializes in working with clients interested in general healthy eating, and conditions including Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Celiac, Crohn's, IBS, Intuitive Eating, Weight Management and more. With 3 years of experience at a residential treatment level, Ashley is well versed on the difficulties associated with cooccurring diagnosis and eating disorder recovery. She believes that all foods fit through practice of balance, variety and moderation. Her past experiences as an athlete and personal trainer has prompted a particular interest in sports nutrition.

Food is a basic need that unites us as human beings. With so much health-related information, misinformation, fearmongering, and outside noise, it is easy to see how our perception of health and relationship with food can become altered. Ilana has been a Registered Dietitian since 2017. She completed her dietetic internship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She specializes in providing medical nutrition therapy for various neurological conditions including epilepsy, post-traumatic brain injury, stroke prevention and post-stroke management, swallowing difficulty with use of modified diets, alternative routes of nutrition. Additionally, she also provides medical nutrition therapy for gestational diabetes, high cholesterol and weight loss. Ilana enjoys getting to know her patients and working with them overtime to achieve and further goals.

I specifically use nutrition counseling, education, and lab testing to get to the root cause, target symptoms, and create lasting change. I believe that in order to keep habits long term, you need a strong "why", and addressing your physical, mental, and emotional health buckets will do just that. My ideal client is ready for a lifelong change.

Jennifer is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition. After earning her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Ohio University, Jennifer completed an accredited dietetic internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. When working with Jennifer, she will support you in accomplishing your health goals in a non-judgmental environment. Jennifer has enjoyed working in various healthcare settings providing medical nutrition therapy to adults with chronic diseases as well as ensuring pregnant women are meeting their nutrition requirements.

Maria is a Registered Dietitian who strongly believes in improving physical, mental, and emotional health through nutrition. Maria enjoys using her clinical background to help others navigate their unique nutritional needs by providing individualized interventions. Maria believes in a patient-centered, evidenced-based approach to nutrition care. She will help you achieve your nutrition goals through education, counseling, and therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure response prevention therapy, and medical nutrition therapy.

Every person is treated as unique and service is personalized to the individual. Jennifer is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She completed her clinical internship at St. John's Hospital after graduating from Illinois State University. Jennifer is an expert in inpatient, outpatient and community medical nutrition therapy and diabetes education. Jennifer will help you identify simple ways to make significant changes to meet your healthcare goals. Jennifer has successfully assisted many thousands of individuals throughout her career. Her philosophy is to partner with individuals wherever they are on their healthcare journey.

Christi (she/her) became a registered dietitian in 2019. She studied dietetics and dance at Michigan State University and completed a master’s degree in applied nutrition at Russell Sage College. She has helped clients with diabetes, metabolic disorders, cardiovascular disease, mental health conditions, and weight goals in addition to having experience providing care for the LGBTQ+ community. Christi takes a holistic approach to nutrition counseling, considering multiple aspects of health and well-being when prescribing diet advice.

Jessica is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping people navigate the world of nutrition all while creating a happy, healthy relationship with food. Food does not replace medicine; however, she does believe that it can go a long way in preventing and managing diseases and conditions. Being “healthy” is a complex matter, which in her experience is best addressed using a holistic approach to ensure all aspects of health, such as lifestyle, food intake, access to food, stress, movement, and sleep are all being considered.

Kristina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft. She believes in creating a supportive environment for behavior change. Change is difficult and vulnerable, and Kristina knows the importance of empathy and compassion in this work. Kristina believes in Health at Every Size and weight-inclusive care. She believes that health incorporates emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing.
