I see clients with disordered eating and eating disorders who wish to develop a more attuned, kind relationship to their bodies through food and movement.

I have a background in psychology and social work specializing in crisis management. My goal has always been to support patients with compassionate and individualized care, to listen fully without judgement. The focus is an individuals highest health priority in a way that works with their lifestyle. My approach to medicine continues to evolve with training in therapies for chronic disease with a special focus on tick borne disease as well as expanding into energy medicine healing modalities.
