She has 38 years hospital and clinic practicing experience in China, Germany and the United States.

I am a registered dietitian and specialize in performance (sports) nutrition. I am experienced in working with high-level adolescent and adult athletes, and recreational athletes of all ages and abilities. My past and current clients include top 10 NCAA recruits, Olympic Trials qualifiers, NFL players, and other professional athletes.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Licensed Massage Therapy Instructor. I am a former Emergency Medical Technician and I am currently certified in CPR and First Aid. I have great empathy, compassion and understanding for clients in pain.
