Hi there! I'm Jess - exciting to find you here! I refer to the care I provide as "nutrition therapy" rather than "dietitian services" because that feels most authentic to me. I have specialty training in eating disorders and a background in mental health, so no matter what sort of support you're looking for this is a safe space to examine all of the factors impacting your eating behaviors. I practice from a "Health At Every Size"-informed lens and include topics of intuitive eating and social justice in the care I provide. My practice has included people of all ages, gender identities, racial backgrounds, and religious beliefs.

Dr. Nate Champion is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Arizona and registered in the state of Minnesota. He is extensively trained in both conventional and alternative medicine. He has attended a 4-year, accredited medical school, including 2 years of clinical rotations, and has passed national board exams. Dr. Champion is Board Certified by the North American Board of Naturopathic Examiners (NABNE). He is also a founding board member and the current Treasurer of the Gastroenterology Association of Naturopathic Physicians (GastroANP), and past Vice President and current member of the Minnesota Association of Naturopathic Physicians (MNANP).

Hello, I’m Lindsey! I am a registered dietitian passionate about supporting individuals and families in cultivating an improved and sustainable relationship with food and eating. Through experiences in working with those living with eating disorders, I have knowledge in guiding people of all ages and disordered eating types to find healing and recovery. My goal is to build strong relationships with clients through listening and collaboration with a non-judgemental stance on food and weight.

I have been a practitioner since I graduated from Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1991. For my MS, MD and PHD degrees I specialized in the areas of neurology and gerontology.I practiced acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM) and TCM health Center in Minnesota from October 2004 to April 2010. I practice acupuncture and Chinese herbology in Jing River Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine Edina Clinic, Woodbury Clinic, Roseville Clinic and Hastings Clinic in different location now.

I suffered a lot of different symptoms after my concussion and know my nutrition played a huge role in my healing process and where I am today.
