There is so much nutrition information online that it can be daunting to know what works! Healing from eating disorders and disordered eating is a multifaceted journey that requires immense courage, support, and commitment. It's a journey of self-discovery, self-compassion, and self-love. At its core, healing from an eating disorder involves addressing not only the physical manifestations of disordered eating but also the underlying psychological, emotional, and often deeply ingrained beliefs and traumas that contribute to the disorder.

We will customize and integrate the massage session with myofacial release, deep tissue, swedish and stretch therapy massage. You may also request to add Cupping, Hot Stones, Percussion Massage Gun with Theragun or CBD oil to your session. Massage sessions are therapeutic, healing and relaxing. All massage sessions are the full time you are scheduled for.

I'm here, I'm queer, and I am so excited to support my clients on their journey towards radical body liberation from the overwhelming oppressions of current societal and cultural norms. I believe that we all have rebellion in our roots, and by harnessing that power we can challenge the thoughts and belief systems that no longer serve us and come back to our authentic selves.

We all have different experiences that shape who we are. I collaborate with my clients using a non diet, Healthy at Every Size (HAES) approach to help them find peace and contentment in their relationship with food, their bodies and their lives.
