Her curiosity for food and nutrition began at a young age harvesting and preparing the fresh fruits and vegetables grown right in her own backyard. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Penn State University. After graduation, she traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana to complete over 1000 hours of supervised practice at Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Her experience has allowed her to provide evidence-based nutrition education to diverse populations with a variety of nutritional needs.

Alaa Elhannouny, a Registered Dietitian (RD) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, completed her supervised practice in the Master's Coordinated Nutrition program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her motivation as an RD is driven by her goal to prevent and combat the chronic conditions that affect many individuals today. Grace (she/her) is an experienced dietitian in the areas of disordered eating and general nutritional wellness. Shalini is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian who also holds a Master of Science in Health Science and Nutrition from Georgia State University. Shalini began her career as an inpatient Clinical Dietitian over 10 years ago and has since transitioned into providing medical nutrition therapy in outpatient settings. Shalini practices a flexitarian, plant-based style of eating at home. Aside from nutrition, Shalini has a passion for cooking, fitness, and spending time with her family. She became a Registered Dietitian to help people understand the connection between food and wellness.

Hi! I am Rachael, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a focus on gastrointestinal health and sports nutrition as well as overall wellness. I have experience in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation, outpatient counseling, and higher education. I have a BA in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and an MS in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. Living with GI disorders is difficult and I want to help my patients get out of pain and feel healthy again. I have a certificate from Monash University in low FODMAP-Diet instruction, which is used in IBS.

Lizzie received her bachelor’s in nutrition and dietetics from The Ohio State University and went on to complete her dietetic internship at Loyola University Chicago. Prior to Allow Wellness, Lizzie has experience working in a residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care for eating disorder treatment. She also has experience in research, food insecurity and mental health acute care.

Kelsey is a CDR Board- certified Registered Dietitian. Kelsey graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in dietetics. She has over 8 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling in both inpatient and tele-health settings. Kelsey enjoys working with clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. She has helped numerous clients meet their goals regarding weight management, diabetes, and heart health. After working with Kelsey, you will have a clear understanding on how to reach your nutrition goals.
