I am happy to support your primary care needs in addition to gynecological health concerns. My goal is to work with patients to re-establish the foundations of health using stress management, nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and bodywork. Therapeutic touch is a large part of my practice, which can include pelvic floor therapy, different types of massage, and craniosacral therapy.

A native of China, Dr. Lu is widely recognized as an exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced senior practitioner in the arts of acupuncture, herbal medicine and Chinese tuina massage for two decades. Formally educated and trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine, both in China and the U.S., and with 20 years of teaching, research, and clinical experience in those two countries, Dr. Lu has helped thousands of patients to achieve their goals of living healthy and happier lives.

Hello! I’m Dr. Emma Kingsberg. I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) with a master’s of science in nutrition (MSN) and a certification in pelvic floor therapy. I specialize in women’s health with an emphasis on sexual reproductive medicine, fertility and preconception care. I'm passionate about autonomy and love helping women with natural birth control methods such as fertility awareness. I use the menstrual cycle as a diagnostic tool to learn more about the body and ways to optimize it so you can feel your best. Hi, I'm Dr. Haylee! I help women with all sorts of concerns like period irregularities, birth control management, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. Basically, any symptom that is hormonally related and causing you to seek out alternative care because your current docs have told you, "you're fine!"

I practice an intuitive art form rooted in scientific knowledge. Traditional medicine does not specialize in treating the myofascial restrictions that may be involved in chronic pain conditions or structural dysfunction. The tried and true techniques of deep tissue massage and myofascial release aim to restore the normal functioning of fascia by breaking up the glue that binds these adhesions. I do this by applying slow, sustained pressure, gradually working up to the threshold of what you can tolerate.

With over a decade of experience in the world of movement and mindfulness, Kate focuses on getting people out of pain and living in a more embodied relationship with their present life. She has spent time in the research of chronic pain and its neurological impact on our autonomic nervous system, informing her holistic approach to orthopedic treatment. Most recently, she has studied in the Sports Medicine Acupuncture Certification program, the most comprehensive orthopedic post-graduate program available to acupuncturists. With 26 years experience, I have a skilled, intuitive sense of touch. My specialties include trigger point massage (NMT), craniosacral therapy, and Bowen Therapy. Most of my clients see me for regular stress management or postural and overuse issues resulting in muscle pain. With respect to pressure I will listen to your tissues and assess what is needed. I accept motor vehicle accident cases and can bill for this directly. I am also a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach and offer health and wellness coaching sessions.

Dr. Rose Paisley, ND graduated in 2002, and has been helping patients to identify and create their optimal health with naturopathic medicine. Over the years she has honed her expertise in integrative cancer care, endocrinology, gastroenterology, nutrition, and mental and emotional well being. Dr. Paisley strives to inspire health through education, positive change, personal growth, and evidence-based medicine rooted in natural health strategies. Dr Howell will utilize chiropractic manipulative therapy, electrical therapeutic modalities, soft tissue massage, stretching, and strengthening exercises to treat his patients. At East West College in Portland, Oregon; I completed the 801 hour program specializing in Myofascial Realignment while including modalities in Trigger Point, Postural Assessments, PNF, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Structural Integration. I was on the path towards nursing working in the Trauma Unit. There, I realized that my true healing potential to assist others along their unique journey towards ultimate well being, and my healing intentions was best expressed through the power of touch. I now focus my practice mostly for those experiencing chronic pain, motor vehicle accidents, and post surgery as well as those in sports training.
