I work with clients to find peace with their relationship to food and body. I focus on eating disorders, disordered eating, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), GI issues (Crohn's disease, IBS) and other health concerns. I work in a weight-inclusive lens, which can mean we don't focus on the scale in order to improve your conditions. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds, and especially enjoy working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC, and those with multiracial identities. I believe everybody deserves inclusive care that centers their lived experiences.

Danielle is a Registered Dietitian who practices out of Health Loft. Danielle understands that making fulfilling, long-lasting, and healthful decisions requires patience and a solid client-provider relationship. Change can be challenging, and you need a supportive provider to help navigate the way as you create your own path. Danielle strongly believes that being healthy means not only taking care of our physical health, but also our mental health. Danielle understands that nutrition is not “one-size-fits-all”, and she will work to help you create a personalized plan of care to help you meet your goals.

I am an evidence based Chiropractor with a focus on sports injuries and performance. I regularly treat sprains/strains, muscle and joint pain, back and neck pain. If you are an active individual and desire optimum function with less pain, I am the Chiropractor you need. Additionally, I can help alleviate pain from headaches, postural deficiencies, and work related complaints ( from manual labor, desk workers, service workers, child rearing, etc.). Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.

Dr. Rocafort, a native of Puerto Rico, has come to Denver, CO from Sioux City, IA. Prior to clinical practice, he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN. Adding to his scope of practice, Dr. Rocafort completed the Clinical Acupuncture certification. He is certified as a National Chiropractic Sport Practitioner (CCSP), International Chiropractor Sport Practitioner, Chiropractic Biophysics, Graston Technique, Active Release Technique (Full Body, Nerve Entrapment and Masters), Reiki I & II, Reiki Master. He is also a Sport Nutrition and Performance Certification.

Jean-Marc is a highly educated and well-trained massage therapist with impressive credentials and a long list of highly satisfied customers. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Bio-Chemistry and is a graduate from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences of NYC. He continued his training throughout China, Japan and Europe studying the native healing modalities of all these regions, broadening his proficiency in these areas exponentially. He has developed and mastered numerous injury rehabilitation and pain management techniques and using these he has treated and healed everyone from Elite Athletes to accident victims to stay at home Moms and Dads

Randi Andres is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, PCOS, and Digestive Issues. Her passion is to help clients cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Through a non-diet, weight inclusive philosophy, Randi enjoys providing the tools and support to clients so that they can learn to nourish their bodies in a safe, non-judgmental, and enjoyable way. She believes that through integrating the principles of intuitive eating and health at every size, everyone can and deserves to achieve food freedom.

I specialize in eating disorder and disordered eating recovery. I also work with athletes and active individuals looking to improve nutrition for their performance. I love working with individuals who have been negatively affected by the messages of diet culture in such a way that they have lost touch with their relationship with food, exercise and their bodies.

Dr. Cao believes that acupuncturist helps & boots patients immune system to fight illnesses through natural acupuncture & holistic medicine to establish their health. He has rich clinical experiences and strong understanding of Chinese Medicine Theory.

My specialty is chronic disease prevention. I work with clients to create a PLANT-BASED vegan or vegetarian personalized nutrition plan that may include recommendations, sample menus, nutrient analysis and recipe ideas. I have over 20 years' experience as a Vegan Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) providing counseling and personalized nutrition plans as well as developing sustainable food and nutrition education programs for schools and community partners.

I work with clients to heal their relationship with food and body image. Disordered eating can manifest in many different ways and can be detrimental to health and wellbeing. I work to support my clients as they challenge their negative body image thoughts, detox from diet culture, and arm themselves with the the tools to nourish themselves well for life.
