My name is Heather M. Duquette-Wolf and I am the owner of HMD Nutrition. I have been in practice since 1999. I started out in medical nutrition therapy (diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol...) and have expanded my areas of expertise to intestinal disorders, inflammatory disease and exercise nutrition. At the Lymphatic Healing Center I offer a staff of highly trained Lymphatic Specialists. The Lymphatic Treatment we do here is exclusively designed for all types of plastic and cosmetic surgeries, as well as breast reconstruction. This treatment is gentle and safe, and unlike any other lymphatic massage you have ever had. It is now a medical fact that surgery disrupts the flow of our lymphatic system and that fluid will pool in the areas that are traumatized. When this fluid is blocked, it causes great pain.
