I am a Primary Care Practitioner who combines the principles of Naturopathic Medicine with the traditions of Classical Chinese Medicine to offer a wide array of treatment options to best suit each individual's needs. Dr. Valentina Benitez, ND, provides an individualized and holistic approach to family medicine, pediatrics, sports medicine, prenatal and postpartum care. She is also trained in holistic pelvic floor and shiatsu massage. Dr. Benitez provides education and insight at every visit. I primarily treat chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries. My belief is that these are often multi-faceted. Injuries can ultimately be a result of structural or movement imbalances that go beyond a simple slip and fall. Pain itself can have multiple causes; there are different "types" of pain. As such, patients often need a diverse approach and my goal is to help guide this process.
