Being in practice for almost 10 yrs., I’ve treated hundreds of patients who suffer from low back pain, sciatica, ED, fertility, headaches, and digestive health issues with Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, and other holistic modalities. Dr. Rose Paisley, ND graduated in 2002, and has been helping patients to identify and create their optimal health with naturopathic medicine. Over the years she has honed her expertise in integrative cancer care, endocrinology, gastroenterology, nutrition, and mental and emotional well being. Dr. Paisley strives to inspire health through education, positive change, personal growth, and evidence-based medicine rooted in natural health strategies. Patients can expect to provide a complete health history, undergo a comprehensive evaluation, and receive an individualized set of gentle, reasonable, and non-invasive recommendations.

I practice an intuitive art form rooted in scientific knowledge. Traditional medicine does not specialize in treating the myofascial restrictions that may be involved in chronic pain conditions or structural dysfunction. The tried and true techniques of deep tissue massage and myofascial release aim to restore the normal functioning of fascia by breaking up the glue that binds these adhesions. I do this by applying slow, sustained pressure, gradually working up to the threshold of what you can tolerate.

Hi! I’m Dr. Bethany and I am so honored to share my passion for naturopathic medicine with you. I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) trained as a primary care physician and have completed additional training focused in reproductive health, fertility awareness method, and pelvic floor therapy. Some of my favorite areas of health to support include: Preconception/postpartum care, menstrual disorders including PCOS, PMS, PMDD, endocrine imbalances including Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I practice with an emphasis on body literacy and cycle tracking for adolescents through adulthood.
