I've greatly helped clients in making healthier and lighter food choices, improving their lifestyle to help reduce their weight, and with reducing disease markers such as high blood pressure, blood sugar and hyperlipidemia. Emmilia’s passion for integrative medicine and whole foods nutrition has evolved throughout her life and career. Like many of her clients, she grew up learning from various outlets that wellness should look and behave a certain way. After learning the transformative impact of integrative functional nutrition through her education at Bastyr University, and witnessing the shame, confusion, and damage that can come from a narrow approach to health through her work with patients, it has become clear to her that one-size does not fit all.

Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. I practice the gentle Japanese stye of acupuncture and I have trained in Tokyo, Japan in both 2006 and 2007. I have 15 years of experience in the field of acupuncture and I specialize in the treatment of chronic pain and injury rehabilitation, especially back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, and foot and ankle pain and headaches. I have also had great success in treating women's health issues, particularly PMS, cramping, infertility, prenatal care and menopause.
