At Integrative Therapeutic Massage, we help people with muscular pain problems feel better. Whether helping Chicago area athletes maintain their peak performance with sports massage or aiding clients in the rehabilitation of an injury or chronic pain condition, we have the experience and the expertise to assess and treat your pain symptoms and, in many cases, correct those factors contributing to the problem. Jennifer is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She completed her clinical internship at St. John's Hospital after graduating from Illinois State University. Jennifer is an expert in inpatient, outpatient and community medical nutrition therapy and diabetes education. Jennifer will help you identify simple ways to make significant changes to meet your healthcare goals. Jennifer has successfully assisted many thousands of individuals throughout her career. Her philosophy is to partner with individuals wherever they are on their healthcare journey.

I have witnessed the harm caused by chronic dieting and eating disorders, and maintain expertise in eating disorder recovery, utilizing a Health At Every Size approach. In addition, I respect the science of nutrition and stay abreast of best Medical Nutrition Therapy practices for diabetes management, cardiovascular health, and general wellness.

Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her education at Mount Mary University and her clinical internship at Roger’s Behavioral Health, both in Wisconsin. Within her first year of being an RDN, Emily presented to over 100 RDNs in her state on the importance of weight inclusive care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading as many books as possible, and being a cat mom to her big cat (Blue) and little cat (Lilly).

Suzanna is a Board Certified and Licensed Registered Dietitian. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Purdue University and completed her clinical internship and Masters of Business Administration at Dominican University. Suzanna has been a RD for almost 4 years and is an expert at pediatric and prenatal nutrition. However, she is the most passionate about helping anyone reach their goal.

I work with clients to customize a nutrition plan based on your specific goals. Be that reduce weight, lower cholesterol, improve IBS symptoms. I use a science-based approach to develop a personalized strategy that helps people meet their goals by making small, achievable changes to their existing diet as I guide them through the process. We work together to find ways to incorporate great nutrition into your lifestyle. I earned my master's degree in human nutrition from UIC in 2016 and have worked in Chicago as a licensed and registered dietitian ever since. I am currently seeing all clients via tele-health during this time.

Haley is a Registered Dietitian practicing lifestyle medicine. This whole-person approach to wellness recognizes that our physical health is very much connected to our mental/emotional health. Haley received her education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed her dietetic internship in Chicago through Aramark Healthcare+. Haley is also a Registered 500-hour Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master. She integrates various complementary and alternative medicine techniques into her nutrition sessions. When Haley is not working you can find her at the climbing gym, practicing yoga, or exploring the outdoors!

An ideal client is someone who is interested in taking a proactive role in his/her own health. He/she is looking for a healthy, natural approach to true healing, and not a quick fix or temporary bandaid. In addition, he/she is committed to getting better and staying healthy.

Jessica became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist after completing her Dietetic Internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition through Murray State University, Kentucky. She has been afforded the opportunity to work in many clinical settings throughout her career, including rehab facilities, small and large hospitals, and within physician’s offices in addition to one-on-one clients. Speaking with Jessica will give you the confidence you have been searching for to build a healthier life with a solid understanding of a healthy diet.

Amanda is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) that specializes in plant-based eating, sports nutrition, & the intersection of the two. She also likes to work with those who have ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) because there are not many dietitians who have experience in or understand it. She is a former high school science teacher with a M.Ed in science education who changed careers to become a RDN. She is also an avid runner & former division 1 cross country/ track athlete, who is enthusiastic about & fueled by a vegan diet. Amanda is also a UESCA Certified Running Coach.

Sydney is a registered dietitian who specializes in eating disorder treatment. Sydney strives to empower clients to cultivate a positive relationship with food and their bodies, honoring diverse backgrounds and experiences every step of the way. Whether navigating the complexities of an eating disorder or seeking a supportive environment to heal, Sydney provides personalized guidance and unwavering support on the journey towards holistic well-being. Sydney uses a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to working with clients, prioritizing patient goals along with both their physical and mental well-being.

Spanning the age spectrum, from her founding her own practice as Youth Sports Dietitian LLC to her 19 years in geriatrics as a clinical dietitian, Emily is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist licensed in Illinois and Missouri and Certified Youth Nutrition Specialist. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Central Missouri State University, graduating as the chapter’s President of Kappa Omicron Nu Honors Fraternity. Her didactic practicum was completed at Jewish College of Nursing and Allied Health in association with Barnes Jewish Hospital and Washington University.

Shalini is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian who also holds a Master of Science in Health Science and Nutrition from Georgia State University. Shalini began her career as an inpatient Clinical Dietitian over 10 years ago and has since transitioned into providing medical nutrition therapy in outpatient settings. Shalini practices a flexitarian, plant-based style of eating at home. Aside from nutrition, Shalini has a passion for cooking, fitness, and spending time with her family. She became a Registered Dietitian to help people understand the connection between food and wellness.
