Henry and Sharon (Yingping) have over 30 years' clinical experience in China and USA. Both of us graduated from medical colleges in China. Our traditional Chinese culture and philosophy background, alone with professional training in both Chinese medicine (acupuncture) and Western medicine, provide us with unique insights when access our patients. Our offices are located Denver/Cherry Creek, CO, and Houston, TX. The acupuncture needles we use are sterile and disposable. Growing up the daughter of athletic parents, I became interested in sports, wellness and nutrition at a young age. As a competitive gymnast and diver in college, I found it fascinating that what you ate could effect your sports performance. This lead me down the path to becoming a registered dietitian. I am passionate about helping people of all kinds meet their goals through nutrition and wellness and live a healthier life. Each client has their own personal plan that we devise together, so that it is something they can utilize long term.

Helping my clients achieve their desired results is the reason why I pursued a career in nutrition. I have experience working with children and adults, and enjoy finding creative ways to coach my clients through their nutritional goals. I provide nutrition counseling, diet analysis, meal planning and food shopping education. I have published articles and educational material, as well as presented lectures on various topics of health and wellness.
