I am offering in person and telehealth options. I work with individuals struggling with eating disorders from ages 17 and up that have motivation to change and are willing to provide open and honest communication about their needs. I am here to support you in your goals to the best of my ability.

Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. Her past experiences have driven her desire to help others reach lifestyle changes in a sustainable and practical way.

I am a down-to-earth (but still-above-the-ground) acupuncturist with a good sense of humor, hair color that's always changing, and a deep interest in my patients' lives. Liz Wyosnick MS, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Masters in Nutrition Science. I offer a non-dogmatic approach to health where recommendations are rooted in sustainability and science. I am particularly passionate about empowering individuals to live their life most well, in which healthy choices become what they want to do, versus what they have to do. I enjoy collaborating with my clients so that they receive thoughtful education around food, the body, and systems, as well as helpful insight within behavior change research.

Dr. Heather Buckle is a naturopathic doctor who provides specialized support for chronic gastroenterology issues (GI). Dr. Buckle has spent the past several years, serving thousands of patients with GI conditions including IBS, SIBO, fructose malabsorption, chronic reflux (GER), eosinophilic esophagitis (EOE), Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis, and everything in between. During this time, she has gained extensive expertise in helping to manage these conditions and improve health and function for her patients. In her practice, Dr. Buckle and her team come across many patients who have been battling chronic GI issues.
