Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. I have been a practicing physician for 20 years. As a Naturopathic Doctor I specialize in musculoskeletal rehabilitation (acute and chronic joint and muscle pain), and women’s health (PMS, menopause, fatigue, insomnia, thyroid, hormones).
