As an eating disorder specialized registered dietitian, it's one of my core values for every one of my clients to feel their voice is respected and their needs are honored during the recovery process. Kristin received her Master’s in Nutritional Sciences at San Diego State University and went on to complete her dietetic internship through UCSD. She has been working as a clinical dietitian since completing her internship. She understands the importance nutrition plays in one’s body and how it can affect a person’s daily life. She helps her clients heal their relationships with food and regain their intuitive eating skills. Kristin works with clients with all different conditions and creates goals to work toward.
