I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) passionate about helping people make peace with food and their bodies. My nutrition expertise will help you sort out the truths and lies we read about nutrition. A relationship with food and eating is not meant to be so complicated and scary. Dr. Lily Hongbo Liu, OMD, PhD is one of a few acupuncturists who hold both an MD and PhD degrees with oriental and western medical training. She graduated from ShanDong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in 1988. After she practiced Chinese medicine and acupuncture in Chinese hospital for over ten years., she moved to Japan to earn her PhD of Medical Sciences at Kyoto University in 2005. Then she came to Washington University Medical School for her post-doctoral fellowship. Now she is a national certified acupuncturist by NCCAOM, as well as a licensed acupuncturist in state of Missouri.

Michaela is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft. She strongly believes that making healthy, sustainable, and nourishing choices take time and a strong partnership between the client and herself. Changes can be difficult and you need a caring partner to help you through them and make them fun. Michaela firmly stands by the idea that being healthy not only includes nutrition, but our mental and physical health as well. Everyone is unique and Michaela believes that nutrition is not one size fits all and she works to create personalized nutrition care for each individual to result in long-lasting change.

I received my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2014 and completed a three year independent residency at Arizona Digestive Health where I practiced as a licensed naturopathic physician alongside MD gastroenterologists. I have managed thousands of patients suffering with IBS, IBD, GERD, Dyspepsia, Gas/Bloating, Celiac, Hepatitis, Fatty Liver and More! As of now, Missouri is not a licensed state for naturopathic doctors and thus I do not hold a Missouri license. I strongly recommend all potential clients have a primary care physician such as a MD or DO.
