Dr. Rocafort, a native of Puerto Rico, has come to Denver, CO from Sioux City, IA. Prior to clinical practice, he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN. Adding to his scope of practice, Dr. Rocafort completed the Clinical Acupuncture certification. He is certified as a National Chiropractic Sport Practitioner (CCSP), International Chiropractor Sport Practitioner, Chiropractic Biophysics, Graston Technique, Active Release Technique (Full Body, Nerve Entrapment and Masters), Reiki I & II, Reiki Master. Unlike other practitioners who push pharmacological medications first, I work with you to develop a whole food + supplementation treatment plan that will help you replete deficiencies, restore your gut health, and have you thriving with your child(ren)!

I decided to become a Registered Dietitian while I was mid-treatment for my eating disorder nearly two decades ago. It took a handful of years to make sure I had a solid footing in my recovery before deciding to go back to school to become an Eating Disorder Dietitian.

I specialize in working with kids via telehealth who are picky eaters (including those diagnosed with Pediatric Feeding Disorder (PFD), ARFID, and Autism Spectrum Disorder), individuals who are underweight or have growth concerns, and/or suffer from poor gut health (constipation, diarrhea, bloating, excess gas). I provide individualized advice instead of one size fits all care. I dig deep to uncover the reasoning for selectivity and set realistic goals. My goal is to not only ensure calories are adequate, but also make sure that we are setting your child up for long-term nutrition and health success.
