Hi! I'm Alaina, a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, body image distress, mental health, and GI issues. In our work together, I will support you as you build a new relationship with food; one that is self-guided and enjoyable. I practice Traditional Chinese Medicine treating a wide spectrum of complaints from acute injuries to chronic diseases. As a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, I treat the individual and not just the symptoms. My treatment modalities include acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, Chinese herbal prescriptions, cupping, gua sha, auricular (ear) acupuncture, Chinese medical massage, and dietary and lifestyle education/changes. I encourage my patients to be as involved in their treatment and health as I am. I like to educate and communicate and love when my patients ask me questions about how to become healthier!

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) providing nutrition counseling to adults and teens via telehealth. I offer support for general nutrition and health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, diabetes, PCOS, thyroid conditions, in addition to nutrition for mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, ADHD as well as those struggling with chronic dieting, poor body image, and disordered eating.

Common issues I help people with include digestive problems, PCOS, testosterone support, DIABETES, high blood pressure, anxiety/depression, hypothyroidism, sensitivity-related illness, and weight management. However, if you have no named illness and just feel awful, I am here for you.

At this clinic we combine Applied Kinesiology with Acupuncture/Chinese Medicine, which includes cupping. Nutritional therapies are also included to make the treatment complete. Auto accidents respond very well to the treatment protocols.

Dr. Rocafort, a native of Puerto Rico, has come to Denver, CO from Sioux City, IA. Prior to clinical practice, he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN. Adding to his scope of practice, Dr. Rocafort completed the Clinical Acupuncture certification. He is certified as a National Chiropractic Sport Practitioner (CCSP), International Chiropractor Sport Practitioner, Chiropractic Biophysics, Graston Technique, Active Release Technique (Full Body, Nerve Entrapment and Masters), Reiki I & II, Reiki Master. He is also a Sport Nutrition and Performance Certification.

My specialty is chronic disease prevention. I work with clients to create a PLANT-BASED vegan or vegetarian personalized nutrition plan that may include recommendations, sample menus, nutrient analysis and recipe ideas. I have over 20 years' experience as a Vegan Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) providing counseling and personalized nutrition plans as well as developing sustainable food and nutrition education programs for schools and community partners.

Danielle is a Registered Dietitian who practices out of Health Loft. Danielle understands that making fulfilling, long-lasting, and healthful decisions requires patience and a solid client-provider relationship. Change can be challenging, and you need a supportive provider to help navigate the way as you create your own path. Danielle strongly believes that being healthy means not only taking care of our physical health, but also our mental health. Danielle understands that nutrition is not “one-size-fits-all”, and she will work to help you create a personalized plan of care to help you meet your goals.

Randi Andres is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, PCOS, and Digestive Issues. Her passion is to help clients cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Through a non-diet, weight inclusive philosophy, Randi enjoys providing the tools and support to clients so that they can learn to nourish their bodies in a safe, non-judgmental, and enjoyable way. She believes that through integrating the principles of intuitive eating and health at every size, everyone can and deserves to achieve food freedom.

I work with clients to find peace with their relationship to food and body. I focus on eating disorders, disordered eating, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), GI issues (Crohn's disease, IBS) and other health concerns. I work in a weight-inclusive lens, which can mean we don't focus on the scale in order to improve your conditions.
