Growing up the daughter of athletic parents, I became interested in sports, wellness and nutrition at a young age. As a competitive gymnast and diver in college, I found it fascinating that what you ate could effect your sports performance. This lead me down the path to becoming a registered dietitian. I am passionate about helping people of all kinds meet their goals through nutrition and wellness and live a healthier life. Each client has their own personal plan that we devise together, so that it is something they can utilize long term.

Xiaona Yang, M.D (China), Dipl.OM, has over 20 years clinical dermatology & pain management experience in acupuncture , Chinese herbs and western medicine in China . graduated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM ) from a 5-year medical program at HeBei college of TCM . after graduation she continued 3 - year medical program in dermatology at HuBei university of TCM where she get M.D. in dermatology of Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine . Dermatology has a unique character that doctors usually just use their eyes to get diagnosis, Dr. Yang has accumulated much clinic experience during practicing in China .

Henry and Sharon (Yingping) have over 30 years' clinical experience in China and USA. Both of us graduated from medical colleges in China. Our traditional Chinese culture and philosophy background, alone with professional training in both Chinese medicine (acupuncture) and Western medicine, provide us with unique insights when access our patients. I am a native Houstonian who earned my Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from The American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. Prior to my training in acupuncture and herbal medicine, I was a yoga instructor. I completed thorough, well-rounded teacher trainings with Robert Boustany as well as Ana Forrest. I now incorporate my knowledge of the breath, the body & finding balance ~ from the inside, out ~ to my acupuncture practice.

As a Functional Medicine Nutritionist, my goal is to address the root cause of disease as opposed to simply managing symptoms like most conventional medicine doctors. The body has a unique ability to self-heal when supported with an appropriate whole-foods diet and the intake of targeted, high quality supplements. Since each person is unique, functional nutrition uses a scientific, evidence-based approach to create treatments programs and allow for flexibility and personalized care. In addtion to being a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist, I am a Licensed Esthetician and can also treat a multitude of skin conditions and concerns.

As a massage therapist I believe in the value of customer care, that is why I have emphasized on training myself in many different modalities; So, I can blend on the massage sessions some of these different techniques like deep tissue, trigger points, acupressure and cranial-sacral, just to mention some few modalities that I use on my practice.

Muriel Doyle is a gifted educator and motivator. Her knack for identifying her clients' specific lifestyle challenges and creating a plan for successful improvement is one of her many strengths. She knows that education is only one of the many pillars for change. She understands the critical need to provide her clients with motivation and support using all available technology to be in contact with her clients beyond office visit. She uses HIPPAA compliant and user friendly computer and phone/i-pad app video conferencing and messaging to facilitate an ongoing support. She offers services with flue in English, Spanish and French.
