Hi, I’m Brooke! Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping women like myself break free from the chains of endometriosis. As a member of the '1in10community, I’m all too familiar with the medical gaslighting, chronic pain, and fear of the unknown that accompany this disease. My goal is to serve as an ally for women, to be someone who listens AND makes you feel heard. I utilize functional nutrition to help women reach their health goals whether it be to improve their hormones, manage symptoms, increase energy, normalize their periods, heal their gut, have a healthy pregnancy, breastfeed, and beyond.

I work with all types of clients from athletes that desire maximum performance out of their bodies to back and neck pain sufferers. I specialize in therapeutic stretching (Active Isolated Stretching) which allows me to address all muscles and connective tissues in the body. In contrast, a regular massage is limited to approximately half. I have learned that all work is limited if the muscles are short and tight which causes problems. So it's mandatory to lengthen the muscles to get them working properly. I then do a deep neck and back sports massage combining Muscle Release Technique and other modalities.

She earned her Bachelor's degree in Professional Health Studies and a Master's of Science in Oriental Medicine from Florida College of Integrative Medicine. This is coupled with the fact that acupuncture and Chinese Medicine were a part of her daily life, growing up. To earn his Master Degree in Oriental Medicine, he entered SAMRA University of Oriental Medicine, California, known as the one of the top and oldest Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College in U.S. Also, he is currently enrolled in American Liberty University for his Ph.D in Oriental Medicine
