As a Naturopathic and Chinese medicine physician, I focus on treating the underlying cause of disease often resulting in "miraculous" cures to even the most complicated health disorders. With over a decade of experience in the world of movement and mindfulness, Kate focuses on getting people out of pain and living in a more embodied relationship with their present life. She has spent time in the research of chronic pain and its neurological impact on our autonomic nervous system, informing her holistic approach to orthopedic treatment. My goal for any treatment is to help bring the body back into a state of coherence. When we’re in a state of coherence, our breath is expansive, our muscles are hydrated, our digestion is strong, our skin and eyes glow, and we feel more like ourselves. This is the state where healing and regeneration happens. With continued treatment and practice over time, this state can become more of a baseline.

Dr Howell will utilize chiropractic manipulative therapy, electrical therapeutic modalities, soft tissue massage, stretching, and strengthening exercises to treat his patients. I develop intensive and comprehensive treatment programs for individuals diagnosed with all types and stages of cancer. I utilize IV therapies such as dichloroacetate (DCA), vitamin C, lipoic acid, DMSO and other nutrients, in addition to ultraviolet blood irradiation (UVBI). I am also trained in the Kelley Enzyme Protocol, which utilizes very high dose pancreatic enzymes. In addition to these therapies all patients are on specific dietary, detoxification and stress management programs.
