I have been a Kripalu Bodyworker/Massage therapist for over 15 years. Recently, I've started a ten week class that teaches daily self-care rituals for sustainable health and graceful aging. My massage practice is based in the Kripalu Bodywork tradition which is a customized intuitive massage with a meditative focus, utilizing a variety of modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, CranioSacral, SomatoEmotional Release, Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation, Shiatsu, Table Thai) to enhance the integration of your body, mind, and spirit.
