Hi! I’m Farah and I’m a Registered Dietitian (RD) and a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) based in New York City. I have a Masters in Food & Nutrition, and a Masters in Fine Art! I'm a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) and the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN), and I work with clients on variety of health issues including weight management, sports nutrition, diabetes and more. Catherine obtained a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Science and has over 17 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. Catherine has experience developing nutrition programs for a health and well-being company and a rehabilitation center. She especially enjoys the one-to-one interaction and relationship that blossoms when working with clients. During sessions with Catherine, you can expect a non-judgmental, confidential, and client centered conversation. She will meet you where you are at in your health and wellness journey and assist with setting SMART goals.

My immediate concern is your discomfort. Your pain is addressed from the first visit; I use hands-on technques to reduce muscle spasms, joint tension, and disc pressure on the nerves: i.e. a tension headache can be reduced in seconds. I also prescribe foot orthotics for knee, hip, and back pain. Spinal assymetry is a cause of chronic back pain. Adults will find their sport and on-the-job injuries resove quickly; everyone wants to return to their faivorite activities as soon as possible. I like helping active people to stay active.

A native of Thailand, I have my masters degree in Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and have studied at the China Beijing International Acupuncture Training Centre in Beijing, China. I received a certification from the Wat Po Traditional Medical School (Bangkok) and have been profiled for my healing practice in Conde Nast Traveler and Self Magazine. I am also a certified Yoga Siromani and studied at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India with the late Mr. Iyengar.
