Injury recovery massage therapy, through use of highly accurate neuromuscular therapy and myofascial techniques, is individually designed to deliver relief from soft tissue pain patterns and hyper-irritable muscle tender points. Stress reduction and energy enhancing massage modalities are applied to banish fatigue, overexertion, chronic pain and postural stress.
Massage tunes us in to the present moment and helps us feel connected with universal energy and life force. Through releasing muscular constrictions and easing the flow of breath, clients naturally benefit from reflexive improvements in their physical state and mental outlooks.
