Over my many years of providing Nutrition Therapy, I have learned how complex most people are. This has led me to continue my education beyond my Nutrition degrees into various certifications, including Diabetes Education, Integrative & Functional Nutrition, as well as the Monash FODMAP program. I have had a lot of success with guiding clients with IBS on Low FODMAP diets. Additionally, I recently completed a Digestive Wellness program in order to help with a growing number of clients with other GI concerns. As an Integrative Nutritionist, I use assessment tools that help me to look at clients in a more comprehensive way.

I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who is deeply passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with food and make peace with their bodies. Family Food is a team of Registered Dietitians providing 1-on-1 nutrition counseling individualized to meet your needs!
