Brittany earned her BA in Psychology and Master of Social Work from Tulane University. She is a registered, licensed dietitian, and wellness coach. Her nutrition focus is in wellness, weight loss, and disease prevention with a special interest in specific diets including: vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, anti-inflammatory and FODMAP friendly. Brittany loves to cook and has combined this hobby with her passion for health and longevity to help clients cultivate a diet that is focused on clean eating and real foods. Working with Brittany, clients will learn to develop sustainable, healthy habits that will become a lifestyle, lasting them beyond their immediate goals.

Starla works with clients who are: need help with finding nutrition solutions that actually work with their lifestyle, want to add more nutrient-dense foods to their diet but don't know how to, want to save time preparing healthy meals, are running their first race and need more direction. My clients have big goals for themselves not just in their work life, but also their personal health goals. I help clients find nutrition solutions that are seamless, effortless, and are realistic so they live the life they envisioned for years to come.

My services are primarily mobile as I believe that the best way to help a client achieve as high a level of relaxation, is for them to receive my services in their own environment. I have just moved to the Houston area and have an office located at Hand and Stone in the Oak Forest area. My ideal client is male or female from the age of 17 to the elder years. They are active in maintaining what is for them, optimal health. My goals in working with each of my clients to share with them practical ways of reducing the effects of the stress, injuries, and other minor trauma effects that can lead to chronic soft tissue maladies.

Henry and Sharon (Yingping) have over 30 years' clinical experience in China and USA. Both of us graduated from medical colleges in China. Our traditional Chinese culture and philosophy background, alone with professional training in both Chinese medicine (acupuncture) and Western medicine, provide us with unique insights when access our patients. Our offices are located Denver/Cherry Creek, CO, and Houston, TX. The acupuncture needles we use are sterile and disposable. Our office specializes in the upper cervical technique, Atlas Orthogonal. It is a low force technique using an instrument to adjust the spine. It is painless and does not involve any twisting. If you are uncomfortable with manual adjustments and do not like to get your spine "popped" this is an better option for you. I have been using this technique for over twenty years. I practiced in North Carolina and have recently moved to Houston.I also have a RN degree and still work as a nurse part time.

Muriel Doyle is a gifted educator and motivator. Her knack for identifying her clients' specific lifestyle challenges and creating a plan for successful improvement is one of her many strengths. She knows that education is only one of the many pillars for change. She understands the critical need to provide her clients with motivation and support using all available technology to be in contact with her clients beyond office visit. She uses HIPPAA compliant and user friendly computer and phone/i-pad app video conferencing and messaging to facilitate an ongoing support. She offers services with flue in English, Spanish and French.

Xiaona Yang, M.D (China), Dipl.OM, has over 20 years clinical dermatology & pain management experience in acupuncture , Chinese herbs and western medicine in China . graduated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM ) from a 5-year medical program at HeBei college of TCM . after graduation she continued 3 - year medical program in dermatology at HuBei university of TCM where she get M.D. in dermatology of Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine . Dermatology has a unique character that doctors usually just use their eyes to get diagnosis, Dr. Yang has accumulated much clinic experience during practicing in China .
