I'm a Registered Dietitian, based in the great state of Texas. I've worked in what feels like all aspects of the nutrition world- from clinical, to holistic, and even the community side of things. All of which have provided me with an immense insight and understanding of what individuals struggle with and what resources they need to truly be successful in their goals.

Muriel Doyle is a gifted educator and motivator. Her knack for identifying her clients' specific lifestyle challenges and creating a plan for successful improvement is one of her many strengths. She knows that education is only one of the many pillars for change. She understands the critical need to provide her clients with motivation and support using all available technology to be in contact with her clients beyond office visit. She uses HIPPAA compliant and user friendly computer and phone/i-pad app video conferencing and messaging to facilitate an ongoing support. Dr. Wan, Graduated from one of the best University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. She was a board certified Chinese Medicine Physician in China. In addition, Dr. Wan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Pharmacology from the University of Arizona, School of Medicine, which give her a significant insight and valuable experiences in both Eastern and Western Medicine. With her unique and in depth knowledge, Dr. Wan has been using acupuncture, evidence-based herbal remedies, dietary supplements, exercise and lifestyle counseling to help her patients overcome obstacles to their health.

As a massage therapist I believe in the value of customer care, that is why I have emphasized on training myself in many different modalities; So, I can blend on the massage sessions some of these different techniques like deep tissue, trigger points, acupressure and cranial-sacral, just to mention some few modalities that I use on my practice.

Brittany earned her BA in Psychology and Master of Social Work from Tulane University. She is a registered, licensed dietitian, and wellness coach. Her nutrition focus is in wellness, weight loss, and disease prevention with a special interest in specific diets including: vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, anti-inflammatory and FODMAP friendly. Brittany loves to cook and has combined this hobby with her passion for health and longevity to help clients cultivate a diet that is focused on clean eating and real foods. Working with Brittany, clients will learn to develop sustainable, healthy habits that will become a lifestyle, lasting them beyond their immediate goals.

Henry and Sharon (Yingping) have over 30 years' clinical experience in China and USA. Both of us graduated from medical colleges in China. Our traditional Chinese culture and philosophy background, alone with professional training in both Chinese medicine (acupuncture) and Western medicine, provide us with unique insights when access our patients. Our offices are located Denver/Cherry Creek, CO, and Houston, TX. The acupuncture needles we use are sterile and disposable. We take good care of our patients and are very glad to work together with you for your healthy and happier life.

I work with clients of all ages, including children who are picky eaters, adolescents with eating disorders or other nutrition concerns, and adults who are looking to improve their health and relationship with food.

My services are primarily mobile as I believe that the best way to help a client achieve as high a level of relaxation, is for them to receive my services in their own environment. I have just moved to the Houston area and have an office located at Hand and Stone in the Oak Forest area. My ideal client is male or female from the age of 17 to the elder years. They are active in maintaining what is for them, optimal health. My goals in working with each of my clients to share with them practical ways of reducing the effects of the stress, injuries, and other minor trauma effects that can lead to chronic soft tissue maladies.
