My father is a Neurologist who successfully integrated Chinese Medicine into his primary practice. I also had the honor of training with Dr. Jeffrey Yuen, the 88th generation Taoist Priest, an expert in School of Classical Chinese Medicine, also called "Extraordinary Vessels". This ancient yet relevant and sophisticated system addresses patient's maladies with a personalized approach .This allows not only to get the best results, but caters to any special needs of the patient.

I am a trained Registered Dietitan experienced in both the clinical and the counseling setting. I have completed the CDR certificate of training in Adult Weight Management and a Certification of Ayurveda Science, providing a unique blend of Eastern and Western diet and lifestyle guidance for over 8 years. Hello there! I’m Jackie and I see clients 1:1 in my virtual private practice. My populations of expertise include kids, teens, and adults with autism, ADHD, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and physical disabilities (such as Spinal Cord Injury, Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, and Rheumatoid Arthritis). Dr. Zhou is a licensed acupuncturist and neuroscientist, he received his MD from China and obtained his PhD in neuroscience from Japan. He had his resident training in Acupuncture, Orthopedics surgery and Neurology in China, he did postdoctoral research at the the Uni. of Texas. Dr. Zhou has worked in the field of brain research at New York Medical College, the Uni. of Pittsburgh, Columbia Uni, and Weill Cornell Medical College. His research interest is synaptic mechanisms, therapeutic solutions for neurologic diseases, pain, memory, and learning, possesses a strong publication record. Trilingual in English, Japanese and Mandarin.

Our relationship with food and our bodies often gets complicated. I enjoy helping people develop a new relationship; one that is not guided by judgement or strict rules. I often work with individuals with eating disorders or erratic eating patterns and have years of experience in successfully helping people apply needed changes to their behaviors but also their thoughts and beliefs. I'm Rebecca Alcosser (she/her/hers), an anti-diet Registered Dietitian based in New York City. My practice specializes in the treatment of Eating Disorders with the goal of helping you heal your relationship with food and your body. My expertise is treating people with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Orthorexia, and ARFID. Spanning her career, Natalie has worked with a wide variety of individuals, from adolescents to adults with varying health conditions. It was after working with a private practice group in Chicago that Natalie discovered her passion for helping those suffering with eating disorders or years of disordered eating patterns repair their relationship with food.
